Your donation strengthens our ability to recruit, place, and assist retired health professionals treating low income, uninsured people in charitable clinics across the nation. There are many ways that you can support this timely, innovative solution to our country's healthcare crisis:

DONATE online, by mail, or by phone. All donations are tax deductible.

• For online donations, simply click here. This link will take you to the secure Network for Good website.
• For mail donations, print out the Donation Form and mail it, along with your check, to: American Health Initiative, 197 Route 18 South, Suite 3000, East Brunswick, NJ 08816.
• For phone donations, call our toll-free number M-F, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, at 1-877-605-3250.

Once your donation is received, a letter acknowledging your gift will be mailed to you. This letter serves as your receipt for tax purposes.

• GIVE A TRIBUTE DONATION in honor or memory of someone, or to commemorate a special occasion. We will send the honoree an announcement of your gift. Tribute donations may be made online, by mail, or by phone


• Contribute with a gift of STOCK of other appreciated asset. Please check with your financial advisor regarding the potential tax advantages of this option.


• Consider a gift of REAL ESTATE. The tax advantages can be significant, and in most cases capital gains taxes are avoided. Also provides freedom from property taxes, maintenance, and insurance costs.


• Explore PLANNED GIVING options. We can meet with you and your attorney to discuss the benefits of including us in your will, making a life income gift, or a retirement account designation.


• Ask about providing FOUNDATION or CORPORATE support. These partnerships and sponsorships are critical to our ability to expand our services throughout the nation, and sustain our impact over the coming decades.
